Well.......... I over did it yesterday and it is going to take some moving around to work at losing the body. Fibromyalgia/Chronic Fatigue....which I am blessed with....at least that is what I work on thinking...:-) ......can sure leave me feeling many years older than I am.
Anyone have the same issues/concerns????? Tell me about it....the only way to live a full life with FMS/CFS is to keep going and to learn from others and from articles......I always remind myself
.."What works for others (me included) does not always work for others"......
Time to get up and move......lots to do......Have a good day..........
